面粉的營養價值及功效
香蕉是我們日常生活中經常吃到的水果之一,大家對它的印象估計就是,吃了可以潤腸通便。它的糖分跟鎂元素含量很高,可以幫助我們補充能量。它的營養價值很高,不過腸胃不適的朋友要少吃它,尤其是經常拉肚子的,吃了會加重這個癥狀。這次要分享的是一道香蕉跟面粉結合制作的美食,外觀跟小饅頭一樣,我們也就叫它小饅頭,家里的孩子很喜歡吃,所以做的個頭很小,方便他們食用。

不過大朋友也可以吃,做大一點就可以了。香蕉本身糖分很高,用它來做面食基本不用放白糖那些調味,喜甜的可以適當放一點進去。這是發酵的做法,特點就是吃著好消化,人體易吸收。尤其是老人跟孩子,腸胃不好消化的可以經常吃面食來代替米飯。我也挺喜歡這樣的,就是面食好消化餓得就快。這道小饅頭口感松軟,表面經過煎烙有一點焦香氣,吃著硬,內部是軟的,口感味道很好,孩子也喜歡吃。

【所需材料】
2根香蕉,1個雞蛋,3克酵母,10克白糖,300克面粉。
【制作步驟】
1.準備2根香蕉,去皮放入碗中,用工具把它搗碎,經常碎一點。

2.磕入一個雞蛋,調入3克酵母,再加10克白糖,攪拌均勻。

3.再少量多次地加入面粉,把它攪拌成面絮狀。感覺太爛了就加面粉,太硬了就加點清水。

4.下手揉成面團,蓋上蓋子,讓它發酵到兩倍大。

5.發酵時間不固定,發到兩倍大,拉開內部可以看到豐富飛蜂窩狀就可以了。

6.把面團移到案板上,揉搓排氣,揉到原來的大小,再按扁,搟成厚度為0.3厘米左右就可以了。

7.找一個小蓋子,印出小圓形,邊角料揉圓繼續搟扁印出小圓形。

8.全部做好放到案板上,蓋上保鮮膜,讓它松弛20分鐘。

9.時間到放入熱鍋中,不用倒油,開最小火烙,蓋上蓋子熟的快。

10.底部定型變色之后就翻個面就想烙。

11.反復翻面多次,一直烙到兩面顏色金黃,按壓餅面快速回彈就可以出鍋了。

小貼士:
1.想吃甜一點就加多一點白糖??磦€人喜好調整。
2.二次醒面不要忽略,能讓面團再烙餅的時候很好的膨脹起來。
